Water Well Project

Water is life, but polluted water is death. Polluted water is the source of many of the diseases that plague less endowed communities in Africa, including Ghana. Ill health affects the economic and social lives of the adult population in such communities and also interrupts the education of the school going child. Oasis IMG has therefore been a beacon of hope for good health, economic and social well-being for the communities where we have built water wells to provide potable, clean water.  

Jesus chose his location with purpose when he met with the Samaritan woman. The lady had come to fetch water from the water well, but Jesus was at the well to let her and the community of Sychar know that He is the source of living water – life. Once the Samaritan woman’s heart was touched with the message of living water, the entire Sychar community came to believe in Jesus. In a similar way, once we provide water wells to the under privileged communities, favorable doors have always opened for the sharing of the gospel of Christ, and lives have been won for Christ. When the chiefs and elders of the communities we serve come to appreciate the fact that we have provided the water wells at no cost to them, they open their hearts to receive the gospel, and many lives are saved.

This exciting experience of providing portable water, which then open doors for the gospel to be shared and lives saved, could not have been possible without the generosity of caring people like you. You have been the financial backbone to our water well projects; we are only channels through which your resources have gone to cater for the under privileged communities in Ghana.  For every life that has been, and shall be saved through the water well project, you will surely be a beneficiary of the divine blessing that follows. We are therefore counting on you unflinching generosity and support for us to be able to touch many lives in the deprived communities in Ghana and beyond.
